Our goal is to ship your order within 2 days from the moment the payment is received. Your order will be delivered to the address you registered on our website. If you have any questions regarding your order, do not hesitate to contact us info@atella.lt

SHIPPING


Shipping to Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia:

  • Shipping to Lithuania with OMNIVA terminal (1-3 business days) – FREE (if the cart total is larger than 50EUR)
  • Shipping to Lithuania with OMNIVA terminal (1-3 business days) – 2EUR (if the cart total is lower than 50EUR)
  • Delivery in Lithuania with OMNIVA courier (1-3 business days) – 3EUR 
  • Shipping to Latvia & Estonia with OMNIVA terminal (2-3 business days) – 3.5EUR
  • Delivery to Latvia & Estonia with OMNIVA courier (2-3 business days) – 6EUR

Shipping to Poland:

  • Shipping to Poland with UPS (3-5 business days) – 9EUR (if the cart total is above 80EUR)
  • Shipping to Poland with UPS (1-2 business days) – 20EUR

Shipping to other European countries:

  • Shipping to Europe with UPS (3-5 business days) – 12EUR (if the cart total is below 200EUR)
  • Shipping to Europe with UPS (3-5 business days) – FREE (if the cart total is over 250EUR)
  • Shipping to Europe with UPS (1-2 business days) – 25EUR

Shipping to USA & Canada:

  • Shipping to USA and Canada with UPS (3-5 business days) – 25 EUR
  • Shipping to USA and Canada with UPS (3-5 business days) – FREE (if the cart total is below 250EUR)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES


If your order does not satisfy you,  you can choose the Refund option within 14 days from the day you received your order. Product has to reach us in a perfect condition, never worn, with all labels. We recommend using the same packaging or package it nicely and safely in any other packaging.


HOW TO PROCEED YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

– You will find return/exchanges form at the bottom of our website’s HOMEPAGE; after you fill the form, send the package to us;

– Notify us about your return/exchange via email info@atella.lt so our team is aware of your package;


RETURN COSTS/SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for any return costs. The package has to be safely closed and shipped to: UAB TEBESA, Neries kr. 16, Kaunas, Lithuania, LT-48402. 

If you are from Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia and received your order with OMNIVA, you should have received a return code in your text together with a pick-up code.

In OMNIVA terminal, choose “Return package” and type 6-digit code. If the code is correct and valid, the terminal will print a returns sticker. Please put the sticker on top of the old one and add it in the box that opens.
