We currently offer free exchanges only in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. You can only exchange an item for a different size of the same model.
1. Contact us at info@atella.lt, provide your order number and the size you would like to exchange.
2. Get confirmation from our team that we have the size you want to exchange to.
3. Send your item to us (use the return code in the OMNIVA SMS message).
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a new size.
If the product you ordered did not suit you, you can return it free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product must be returned in perfect condition/unworn, without makeup marks, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. After filling out the return form , send the faulty item using the return code provided by OMNIVA. You will find the code in the SMS message you received when you picked up the package.
3. We will receive your package, assess its condition and process the refund. Refunds may take 3-14 business days (depending on the processing time of your chosen bank).
1. On Omniva parcel machine screen, select "Return item" and enter the return code received via SMS. If the code is correct and still valid, the parcel machine will print a sticker and open one of the boxes, where you can place your shipment.
2. The refund code in the SMS message is valid for 14 calendar days. The expiration date is not specified in the message.
IMPORTANT: If the parcel machine does not print the label, place the package in the opened box; a new label will be printed by the Omniva courier.
You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- For EU orders, we provide a prepaid return shipping label to make the return process as simple as possible.
- A €7 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling costs.
